DEFENSE OF PREFERENTIAL TRANSFER ADVERSARY ACTIONS
We have developed numerous methods of proving that payments received by creditors, in the ninety days immediately preceeding the filing date, were in fact "in the ordinary course of business". Thereby, helping creditors to successfully defend themselves, against adversary proceedings by trustees and debtors in possession, seeking to recover alleged preferential payments received, under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
LIQUIDATION ANALYSIS
In depth review of the debtor’s assets and liabilities combined with our "hands on" knowledge of what value these items have in a liquidation allows us to accurately estimate the net value of an estate.

REVIEW and CHALLENGE OF DEBTOR’S CURRENT EXPENSE LEVELS
We can provide useful suggestions to the debtor to aid in bringing the debtor's expenses to a manageable level, thus helping to solve some of the problems which precipitated the filing.
ANALYSIS OF BUDGETS and PROJECTIONS OF DEBTOR
Review and challenge of the assumptions utilized in the debtor's budgets and projections,based upon the possibility of those assumptions coming to fruition. Analysis of the effects historical results of the debtor, current market conditions, and the effects that filing of Chapter 11 will have on the debtor's ability to meet is projections.
PROFORMA PROJECTIONS OF OPERATIONS FOR DEBTOR
In those cases where a debtor can’t or won’t accurately project its operations on a "go forward" basis, our office has the expertise to prepare projections for use by the Creditor’s Committee to aid in evaluating the debtor’s viability.
REVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING and MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF DEBTOR
By performing on site visits to the debtor’s stores and offices, we can determine if debtor’s management has the right tools available to successfully reorganize. We can also identify areas of need and offer suggestions for improvement.
FEASIBILITY REVIEW OF PLANS OF ARRANGEMENT
Our years of experience in reviewing proposed plans allow us to quickly "zero in" on the defects in a debtor’s proposals and plans of reorganization.
